How to View a Scrutiny Report
This guide provides a step-by-step overview of how to view a scrutiny report and understand its key features. A scrutiny report is divided into multiple categories, each containing different tables. Based on the project type, some of the categories below will be included in the report:
- General Information
- Overview
- Plot Level Checking
- Building Level Checks
- Built-up Area
- Basement Checks

Types of Tables in Each Category.
- Info Tables – These contain general details such as plot type, project type, and other essential information.
- Rules Tables – These contain various rules in each category that are applicable for the drawing file. Each table includes a Status column, indicating whether a rule has passed or failed.
Navigating Through Categories and Tables
- Quickly switch between report categories by selecting a category from the dropdown.
- Navigate directly to specific tables within a category by selecting the corresponding tab.
Filtering Failed Entities
- You can view all failed entities at once using the
Show failed rules only
toggle button.
Viewing Rules for Each Entity
- Hover over an entity to see its corresponding rule.
Saving the Report as a PDF
- Click the print button to print or save the report as a PDF.
