📐 Drawing Conventions​

  • Main road should be drawn adjacent to __BN_Plot
  • At least one segment of Main Road polyline must exactly coincide with the __BN_Plot polyline.
  • In case of Road Widening, at least one segment of the Road Widening polyline must exactly coincide with the __BN_Plot.
  • Classification of Roads based on Existing and Proposed Width:

    1. Existing Road with no Road Widening as per Master Plan

      • User needs to provide only the existing width
      • Such roads will be considered to not have any corresponding Road Widening polylines.

    2. Existing Road with Road Widening as per Master Plan

      • User needs to provide both Existing and Proposed Width
      • Proposed Width must be always greater than the Existing Width
      • Mandatory to draft a corresponding Road Widening polyline within the Plot that exactly abuts the Road Polyline.

    3. Proposed Master Plan Road

      • This roads do not yet exist physically.
      • User needs to provide Proposed Width greater than zero. Existing Road width must be zero.
      • This road may or may not have a Road Widening as per the Master Plan
