Pre-Scrutiny Validations

In this step, learn how to:

• Customize your validations either to all the layers or tailor validations to specific layers.
• Run validations quickly and generate reports instantly
• Automatically highlight errors in the workspace to resolve them
• Swiftly Resolve and rerun validations

Run Instant Validation & Get Report

1. Click on Run PreScrutiny Validations in the banner above.
2. Select the Select All Layers checkbox to run validation across all layers
3. You can also choose Specific Layers and run validations only for those layers.
4. Click Run Pre-Scrutiny Validation to execute the validation and instantly generate the report.

Correct Errors Quickly & Re-run Validation

1. Review the report for errors, including detailed information such as
   1. Failed ObjectID,
   2. Layer,
   3. Failure Message, and
   4. Failure Category.
2. Double-click on any error to automatically highlight the corresponding entity in the workspace.
3. Refer to the failure message, resolve the errors, and repeat the process as needed

1. Once all errors are resolved, rerun the validation to generate a success report.
