Ventilation Ducts should be within the BUA Outline for habitable floors and within the Parking polyline for Parking floors.
Ventilation Ducts drawn within a floor plan are considered to be at the floor level, not the ceiling level, for all floors except the lowest basement.
In the lowest basement, Ventilation Ducts are considered at the ceiling level and are not deducted from the gross parking area.
All Ventilation Ducts in the basement floor plan must align with the Ventilation Ducts in the floor plan immediately above ground level. Example: If a stilt floor exists above the basement floors, a Ventilation Duct polyline must be aligned with the Ventilation Duct polyline in the basement floor plan.
The Ventilation Duct area will not be deducted from the parking area in the bottommost basement.
