Parking is of two types: TOTAL_PARKING and VISITOR_PARKING. TOTAL_PARKING represents the total parking, while VISITOR_PARKING represents parking designated for visitors.
Parking polylines should be drawn within the plot for plot-level parking and within the floor plan for floor-level parking.
The area designated for visitor parking should be drawn as a separate parking polyline within the total parking polyline and marked as VISITOR_PARKING.
Every parking floor plan should have a parking polyline outlining the built-up area of that floor.
