How to Mark For Additional Floor Concession in Nala/Road Widening

Steps​

  1. Draft Before Concession Site Plan and After Concession Site Plan

  2. Select between Setback Concession/Transfer of Setbacks case

    1. Click on Guided Marking. If two Site Plans are present in the drawing, then the Setback Concession/Transfer of Setbacks window opens.
    2. From the dropdown, select "ADDITIONAL_FLOOR".

  3. Mark After Road/Nala Widening Concession Site Plan

    1. Search for the "Site Plan" that represents the Site Plan After Concession. Site Plan Type form appears on the right side of the screen.
    2. Select "AFTER_CONCESSION" from the dropdown.
    3. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".
    4. Provide the data for the Proposed Work in the AFTER_CONCESSION site plan:
      1. Proposed Work Type
      2. Proposed Work Number
    5. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

  4. Mark Before Road/Nala Widening Concession Site Plan

    1. Search for the "Site Plan" that represents the Site Plan Before Concession. Site Plan Type form appears on the right side of the screen.
    2. Mark Site Plan For as "BEFORE_CONCESSION" from the dropdown.
    3. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".
    4. Provide the data for the Proposed Work in the BEFORE_CONCESSION site plan:
      1. Proposed Work Type
      2. Proposed Work Number
    5. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

  5. Map After Proposed Work to Corresponding Before Proposed Work

    1. Select "Before and After Proposed Work Mapping" section.
    2. You can see After Proposed Work is highlighted in the drawing.
    3. Tick the checkbox against the corresponding Proposed Work in the "Before Proposed Works" section to map with the selected After proposed work.
    4. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

  6. Mark Floor in Section

    1. Navigate to the floor in section which is the additional floor being availed.
    2. In Additional Permissible Floor Category select CONCESSION.

  7. Draft and Mark the Building Plans for the Before Concession Buildings

    1. Draft the Building Plan Outline.
    2. Draft the Floor Plans and the Section view with the Floor In Sections
    3. Make sure to draft only the following polylines within the Floor Plans for Before Concession Building:
    4. Mark the "Is Building plan applicable for Before Concession?" as Yes

  8. Assign the Building Plan to the Proposed Works

    1. Assign Building plan for all the Proposed Works in the Before Concession Site Plan.
    2. Assign Building plan for all the Proposed Works in the After Concession Site Plan.
    3. Click "Save and Next Unmarked".

Checkpoints​

  1. Ensure that there are two Site Plans -
    1. One for Before Concession.
    2. One for After Concession.

Drawing Conventions​

  1. Ensure that 2 site plans are present outside the __BN_BuildingPlan Layer.
